Please email the following address if you have technology issues

To get timely help, be very specific in your email, including as much information as you can.

  • What time did the problem occur?
  • What course were you in? Who is the teacher of that course?
  • What module were you in?
  • What specific page were you in within that module?
  • What URL is at the top of the page you were on when you encountered the problem? (Copy and paste the URL in your email)
  • What were you doing when you had the issue? Describe as many details as possible.
  • Take a screenshot of the error message or problem that you are seeing. Include that screenshot with your email. 

If the technology lets you down when you are taking a quiz or completing work that is due momentarily, always let your teacher know immediately that you have run into a problem. Don't send an email hours or days later saying I couldn't do the work because I had computer issues. Contact the teacher right away when you are having a problem.

Please note: Technology issues will not be accepted as a reason for turning in a late assignment. Students should plan on submitting their assignments well before the 11:59 p.m. Friday deadlines, so that they have time to contact their teacher and tech support to resolve the issue. All late work will receive a 25% deduction.
